How do I make an order?

It is very easy to make order at detoyz.com, all you need is to follow below simple steps.

For Local Malaysia Order

Step 1. Browse through our online store and add items you want by clicking the "Add to cart" button. You can add as many items as you want into your shopping cart. You can change the quantity of each item or remove it from the cart. Once you've done, click on the "checkout" button to continue.

Step 2. If you have a member account, log in to your member account to continue to the "shipping method" page. Or you can continue as a Guest, and to fill up your information in a simple form. We recommend you to register as a member so that you do not need to fill up your information every time, and this will make your next order much easier.

Step 3. In the "shipping method" page:

    • You may select "Collect at Shop (Seremban)" if you would like to self-collect your items at our shop at Seremban. In this case, no shipping fee is required.
    • If you would like to use courier delivery, you may select either "Peninsular Malaysia Shipping" or "Sabah & Sarawak Shipping" depend on your delivery location. Shipping fee will be charged. Please refer to our "Shipping" page to learn more about the shipping fee.
Step 4. Once done, continue to choose your payment method. 3 options are provided:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD). This only applicable to self-collect at shop option.
    • Bank Deposit / Cash Deposit via ATM / Internet Bank Transfer
    • PayPal (PayPal fee will be charged. Please refer to our "Payment" page to learn more)

Step 5. Click the checkbox "Send to Messenger" if you would like to get your order status update via Facebook Messenger.

Step 6. Click on the "Complete Order" button.

Congratulation, you've successfully complete your order and an order confirmation email is sent to you. You can now make payment according to the payment instruction given in the email.

If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will receive an invoice (email) from PayPal for you to make the payment. PayPal fee will be charged. Please refer to our "Payment" page to learn more.

Before making payment, you are allowed to cancel the order. But, we are unable to cancel or modify your order after we have received your payment unless it's due to our mistake.


    For International Order

    Step 1. Browse through our online store and add items you want by clicking the "Add to cart" button. You can add as many items as you want into your shopping cart. You can change the quantity of each item or remove it from the cart. Once you've done, click on the "checkout" button to continue.

    Step 2. If you have a member account, log in to your member account to continue to the "shipping method" page. Or you can continue as a Guest, and to fill up your information in a simple form. We recommend you to register as a member so that you do not need to fill up your information every time, and this will make your next order much easier. 

    Step 3. In the "shipping method" page, you may select "Oversea Shipping" as shipping method. (Shipping fee is not included when you complete your order) 

    Step 4. Once done, continue to choose your payment method. For international order, we only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal fee will be charged. Please refer to our "Payment" page to learn more. You do not need to make payment at this point.

    Step 5. Click the checkbox "Send to Messenger" if you would like to get your order status update via Facebook Messenger.

    Step 6. Click on the "Complete Order" button.

    Congratulation, you've successfully complete your order and an order confirmation email is sent to you.

    We will send you an email with calculated shipping fee within 48hrs, as well as a PayPal link (invoice from PayPal) for you to make payment. Payment can be made by clicking on the PayPal link.

    Before making payment, you are allowed to cancel the order if you are not happy with the shipping fee. But, we are unable to cancel or modify your order after we have received your payment unless it's due to our mistake.

    After your payment is received, your items will be delivered by Express Mail Service(EMS). The items should be arrived within 3 - 8 days depends on your location. Please refer to "Shipping" page to learn more.
