In-stock items: usually shipped within 1–2 business days after payment.
Preorder items: shipped once stock arrives — we’ll email you when ready.
Pickup orders: we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Here’s how we handle shipping, whether you're in Malaysia or ordering from overseas. We aim to keep it simple and transparent.

📦 For Local (Malaysia) Orders

We ship via trusted couriers like J&T or Poslaju, depending on parcel size and destination.

Shipping fee is auto-calculated at checkout — you’ll see it before you pay. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.

Prefer to pick up your order in person? Just choose Pickup in Store during checkout. We'll notify you once it’s ready.

🌎 For International Orders

We offer international shipping to most countries using DHL Express or Pos Malaysia (Air Parcel).

Since shipping costs vary by location and package size, you won’t be charged at checkout. Please wait for our email with a shipping quote. Once confirmed, we’ll provide a PayPal payment link.
