Customer satisfaction is our goal. We always accept requests to return *saleable-condition merchandise for any reason if made within 7 days from the date you receive it from the shipping agent. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

*Saleable-condition means the item is in new condition, in its original carton box or packaging with all parts present, that it's packed exactly as packed by the manufacturer, and there is no damage to the outer package.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receive, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return and refund.

However, several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as flammable liquids, including modelling paints, thinner, primer, surfacer, panel liner, etc.

We inspect your orders prior to shipment. If there is a demand for a refund or return, you must send an email to, indicating the reason for your return along with your order number, amount and date of purchase.

Please be noted that you will be responsible for the shipping fee of the return items if it's not due to our error. Your return items MUST be packed with the original shipping carton box that we use to ship to you. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Otherwise, we will send your return items back to you and you will be responsible for the shipping fee.


All claims for damage part (not damage on outer box) during shipping or manufacturing defects (missing parts) must be made within 7 days since your receive from the shipping agent.

We inspect your order items prior to shipment. If there is a claim for damage parts during delivery, take photos of the damage part, the outer box and the parcel (carton box) and email to along with your order number and date of purchase.

We will investigate and if it is due to our error, we will notify you via email with below options given:

    • send you the replacement defect part, OR
    • replace you with same item (you are required to send the defect item back to us), OR
    • exchange with another item with same value (you are required to send the defect item back to us)

We reserve the right to reject any claims of returns or refund in cases of obvious user abuse.

However, you MUST always consult with us (by contacting for our instructions before returning any merchandise, regardless of the reason.
