We do not accept returns once an order has been placed and fulfilled. Please ensure that you carefully review your cart before checking out.
Manufacturing Defects Only
We only accept claims for manufacturer defects found in unopened and unused items. If your item has a defect that originated from the factory, please contact us at sales@detoyz.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Kindly include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the defective area
- A short description of the issue
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to shipping, improper handling, or buyer error.
All claims are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject requests that show signs of misuse or unreasonable demands.
Please always contact us first at sales@detoyz.com before sending any items back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If approved, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement parts (if available)
- A replacement item of similar value
- An exchange for another item of equal value
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the issue is our fault.
Shipping Costs & Responsibility
All shipping charges — including customs duties and taxes — are the buyer’s responsibility.
If a return shipment is required (e.g. for verified defects), the customer covers all shipping fees unless the issue is clearly our mistake.
