Preorder Terms & Conditions
We appreciate your interest in reserving upcoming items through DeToyz. To make things smoother for everyone, please read through the following preorder terms before placing an order.
1. Deposit Required
All preorders require a deposit. The exact amount depends on the product and will be clearly shown at checkout or in the product description.
2. Deposits Are Non-Refundable
Once your preorder is placed, we reserve your item and allocate inventory accordingly. Deposits are not refundable, even if you cancel your order later. Please only preorder if you’re sure.
3. Collection Deadline: 30 Days
Once your item arrives and we notify you, please complete the remaining payment and pick up your order within 30 days. If we don’t hear from you by then, the order will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
4. Communication Matters
Life happens — and we get it. If you’re facing unexpected delays or issues, just reach out early. We’re always open to working something out as long as there’s clear communication.
5. No Discounts or Reward Points
Preorder items must be paid at regular price. Reward points, discount codes, or store credits can’t be used for deposits or final payments.
Other Preorder Guidelines
- Images shown are for reference only. Final product may vary.
- Photos may show assembled kits or CG renders.
- Product specs or shipping schedules may change without advance notice.
- Preorders are limited. Once the limit is reached, we will close ordering.
- Estimated release dates may shift due to manufacturing or logistics delays.
- Please avoid combining preorder and in-stock items in the same order.
- No exchanges or returns are accepted for preorder items.
- Reward point redemption is not applicable on all preorder items.
