Overview

HG New Keroro Robo brings the newly designed Keroro Robo from the latest Keroro Gunso movie into Bandai’s High Grade plastic model kit lineup.

This new version updates the classic Keroro Robo concept with a more modern SD-style robot design, improved part separation, and a more articulated build structure. Although compact at around 90mm tall, the kit includes a large backpack, multiple weapon parts, clear effect parts, and support parts for display.

The Keroro Action System allows the model to take more expressive poses than older KeroPla kits, making it suitable for both simple straight builds and more playful action displays.

HG New Keroro Robo is more than just a simple reissue of the older Keroro robot idea. The design has been updated into a modern HG-style KeroPla kit, with better articulation, cleaner part structure, and a much more expressive display feel.

The compact size makes it easy to display, but the large backpack, weapon parts, and clear green effects give it enough presence to feel like a complete kit. The cockpit detail is also a nice touch, especially for collectors who still have compatible older Keroro figures.

This is a good starting point if you plan to collect the full New Keroro Robo lineup. The later Tamama, Giroro, Kururu, and Dororo robot kits are designed to connect through their backpack gimmicks, so Keroro Robo works best as the center of the team display.
