Bandai Star Wars Vehicle Model 019 Razor Crest recreates the Mandalorian’s distinctive spacecraft as seen in Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu.

This compact display model features a silver-toned finish produced with Metallic Gloss Injection molding, giving the completed ship a more metallic appearance directly from the runners. Fine surface panel lines and mechanical details are molded across the hull, while the included marking stickers help reproduce the ship’s color accents without requiring a full paint job.

Two sticker options are included, allowing builders to choose between markings inspired by the earlier Mandalorian drama appearance and the updated version from The Mandalorian and Grogu movie.

The main strength of this Razor Crest kit is how much surface detail Bandai fits into a compact Vehicle Model. The hull already has plenty of panel lines and mechanical texture, while the silver Metallic Gloss Injection gives it a more finished appearance than standard grey plastic.

It is also useful that Bandai includes both drama-version and movie-version markings. Builders can choose the appearance they prefer without needing to buy two different kits.

A straight build works well for a clean display, but this model is also a good small project for panel lining and light weathering. A darker wash around the hull details and subtle discoloration near the engines can help bring out the used Star Wars spacecraft look without requiring a full repaint.
