The RX-79(G) Gundam Ground Type from Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team arrives as a Master Grade kit, fully recreating its realistic military-style structure and field equipment. The internal frame is faithfully reproduced in the arms and legs, with adjustable shoulder and elbow joints using a screw-fastening mechanism for enhanced stability. Triple-jointed knees allow the iconic kneeling firing pose from the OVA.

The backpack features a slide-out storage rack that holds the container, and the beam saber racks on both legs open and close to store the sabers. The container houses the 180mm cannon, which can be disassembled into five parts for storage—as seen in the series.
