Overview
RG 1/144 Hi-ν Gundam from Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack – Beltorchika’s Children brings Amuro Ray’s legendary mobile suit into the Real Grade lineup with a newly interpreted design focused on realism and mechanical detail.
The kit features an advanced Multi-Link Gimmick, where armor parts slide together with joint movement to expose internal mechanical structures throughout the body. Combined with the highly detailed RG frame system, the Hi-ν Gundam delivers both strong articulation and impressive display presence.
The torso swing mechanism allows dramatic posing, while the leg structure supports deep kneeling and grounded action poses. The Fin Funnel system includes expandable wing-like deployment gimmicks, recreating the iconic silhouette of the Hi-ν Gundam.
Its beam gun also features a linked extension gimmick activated by wrist movement.

RG Hi-ν Gundam is one of those kits that really changed people’s impression of the RG line.
The proportions, articulation, surface detail, and overall stability are all very solid. Even straight built, it already looks close to a completed display piece.
