Overview

RG 1/144 Zeta Gundam is the 10th release in the Real Grade lineup, created to commemorate Gunpla’s 30th anniversary.

This kit focuses on recreating the Zeta Gundam’s complex transformation system in a compact 1/144 scale. Using RG’s signature realistic mechanical interpretation, the structure is designed to reflect how a transformable mobile suit would function in real life.

The kit achieves full transformation between MS form and Wave Rider form, making it one of the more mechanically ambitious RG kits.

A newly developed Advanced MS Joint system is used to support the transformation and articulation, while maintaining a high level of detail across the entire model. Realistic decals are included to enhance surface detail and overall finish.

This kit is more complex compared to standard HG builds.

Personal Note (From Ah Chong)

RG Zeta is known for its full transformation in a small scale.

Because of that, the build is more delicate compared to typical RG kits. It’s not difficult, but it requires a bit more patience during assembly and handling.

If you like transformable kits and mechanical design, this one is interesting. Just take your time with it.
