DeToyz Plamo Contest 2025 Has Officially Begun!

We’re excited to announce that registration for the DeToyz Plamo Contest 2025 starts today (18th July 2025)!
All completed entries must be submitted between 22nd to 27th September 2025.
⚠️ Submissions after 27th September will be automatically disqualified.

Rules & Regulations

1. Eligibility
Spend RM80 or more in a single receipt at our physical shop or online store from 18th July 2025 onwards to qualify for entry.
Note: Preorder receipts are not accepted.

2. Model Kit Theme
Any mecha-themed model kit is allowed.
Bootlegs, resin kits, and fully 3D-printed kits are NOT permitted.

3. Original Work Only
Entries must be new, personally built works.
Builds that have participated in previous contests or are commissioned by a third party are not allowed.

4. Registration
All participants must register via a Google Form (link will be provided separately).

5. Contest Period
• Contest runs from 18th July to 27th September 2025
• Final submissions must be delivered to DeToyz Shop, Kepayang Sentral between 22nd to 27th September 2025
• Winners will be announced on 4th October 2025

6. Collection of Entries
All submitted models can be collected starting from 4th October 2025.

7. Diorama Size Limit
Maximum base size is 50cm x 50cm x 50cm

Judging Criteria

Workmanship – 40 points
Quality of the build, including nub removal, seam-line treatment, and any modifications.
Painting – 30 points
Execution and finish of paintwork, including detailing and overall impact.
Concept & Creativity – 30 points
Presentation, posing, originality, color scheme, and use of diorama (if any).
