Overview

HGAC 1/144 Gundam Deathscythe brings the TV version of the unit from Mobile Suit Gundam Wing into the High Grade lineup with updated articulation and clean proportions.

The kit focuses on recreating Deathscythe’s stealth-oriented design, supported by articulation gimmicks that allow natural and fluid posing. Sliding mechanisms in the shoulder and knee armor help maintain proper alignment during movement.

The signature Beam Scythe is included with two types of effect parts, allowing variation in display. The scythe can also be stored at the rear using the included storage part.

The Buster Shield features a deployment gimmick where the blade expands outward, and can be equipped with clear effect parts to recreate its attack mode.

Deathscythe is one of those designs that stands out because of the weapon.

The scythe and shield gimmick give you quite a few posing options even though the build itself is straightforward. It’s not complicated, but it looks good once completed.

Nice choice if you want something different from standard rifle-based Gundams.
