Overview

HGBF 1/144 Gundam Amazing Exia is a High Grade Gunpla model kit of the PPGN-001 mobile suit used by the third-generation Meijin Kawaguchi in Gundam Build Fighters.

Developed from the Gundam Exia design, Amazing Exia combines the original mobile suit’s close-combat identity with customized weapons, reinforced armor, a blue-and-white color scheme, and the powerful Trans-Am Booster. It represents the machine before its forced conversion into Gundam Exia Dark Matter.

The kit can be displayed in its completed form with the Trans-Am Booster or fitted with the included standard GN Drive to recreate its condition during the battle against Julian Mackenzie. Its wide articulation and extensive sword equipment make it particularly suitable for fast, close-range action poses.

HGBF Gundam Amazing Exia is more than a blue version of Exia Dark Matter. This is the original completed form of Meijin Kawaguchi’s machine, with its own Amazing GN Shield, Trans-Am Booster, and blue-and-white identity.

The best feature is the number of configurations available in one box. The standard GN Drive recreates the version that fought Julian Mackenzie, while the Trans-Am Booster completes the machine and gives it a much larger, faster-looking silhouette.

The booster also adds more than visual size. It can detach as a separate support unit, and its wing sections become two handheld Trans-Am GN Blades. Together with the Amazing GN Sword and Amazing GN Blade, this gives the model several different close-combat loadouts.

For Build Fighters collectors, it pairs naturally with Gundam Exia Dark Matter and helps show the machine before and after its conversion. For Gundam 00 fans, it offers a recognizable Exia silhouette with a very different weapon and booster arrangement.
