Overview

HGUC 1/144 TX-ff104 Alyzeus brings the ultra-large mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe into the High Grade model kit lineup.

Alyzeus is a highly unusual machine built with flight performance as its main purpose. In the story setting, it was rapidly prepared as a high-speed Flight Form training machine for Lane Aim before Penelope’s formal deployment. Its core uses a modified RX-94 Mass Production Nu Gundam, while its exterior incorporates prototype parts related to Penelope’s development.

As a model kit, Alyzeus is much larger and more complex than a standard HG release. It supports multiple display configurations, including MS Form, Flight Form, Alyzeus Damaged State, and the separated Mass Production Nu Gundam form. A dedicated display base is included to support the kit’s large size and different display layouts.

HGUC Alyzeus is not a normal High Grade kit. Its size, flight-form concept, and multi-configuration design make it closer to a large display project than a simple weekend build.

The interesting part is how it connects several Hathaway-era design ideas together. It uses the Mass Production Nu Gundam as its core, carries prototype Penelope-related exterior parts, and is designed mainly around high-speed flight practice for Lane Aim. That makes it feel more like an experimental machine than a standard combat unit.

For builders, the main appeal is the display flexibility. MS Form gives it the full mobile suit presence, Flight Form emphasizes the machine’s purpose, and the separated Mass Production Nu Gundam form adds extra mechanical context. If you enjoy large 1/144 kits such as Xi Gundam, Penelope, or Nightingale, Alyzeus fits naturally into that same kind of shelf presence.
