Overview

The GN-0000+GNR-010 00 Raiser from Mobile Suit Gundam 00 joins Bandai’s high-end Master Grade SD series.

Formed by docking the 00 Gundam with the GNR-010 O Raiser support craft, the 00 Raiser stabilises the Twin Drive System and unlocks the mobile suit’s full combat performance. Piloted by Setsuna F. Seiei with Saji Crossroad operating the O Raiser, it became one of Celestial Being’s most powerful mobile suits.

MGSD combines the expressive proportions of an SD Gundam with intricate mechanical construction and articulation inspired by Master Grade model kits. An internal frame is reproduced within the compact body, providing the stability and movement required for the wide silhouette of the combined 00 Raiser.

The O Raiser is included as a separate support craft and docks with the 00 Gundam to complete the combined configuration. Despite its compact SD proportions, the kit maintains a broad range of movement across its body for dynamic sword, rifle and airborne combat poses.

Bandai has also developed several original MGSD mechanisms for this release. Both shoulder-mounted GN Drives can rotate, with clear sections exposed during movement. The O Raiser incorporates a Reflection Cut exposure mechanism, while GN Condensers and other lens sections feature fine lettering and precision-moulded mechanical details.

A comprehensive weapon selection includes two GN Sword IIs, GN Sword III, two GN Shields and two GN Beam Sabers. Dedicated beam-effect parts for GN Sword II and GN Sword III provide the dramatic scale needed to recreate the 00 Raiser’s powerful beam-blade attacks.

DeToyz Note

00 Raiser is exceptionally well suited to the MGSD format. Its large shoulder equipment, twin GN Drives and wide O Raiser binders produce a powerful silhouette even with the line’s compact proportions.

The included O Raiser makes this more than a static representation of the combined mobile suit. Builders can enjoy assembling the two machines separately before docking them, while the internal frame helps preserve articulation after combination.

Bandai’s original rotating GN Drive and clear-part exposure mechanism adds an interactive feature not normally found on other 00 Raiser kits. The Reflection Cut detailing and precision lettering around the GN Condensers also give the model a mechanical appearance without requiring an LED system.

With GN Sword II, GN Sword III, two shields, Beam Sabers and large beam effects included, the kit provides a complete weapon package straight from the box. It should be a particularly strong addition for Gundam 00 fans and collectors building the expanding MGSD lineup.
