Meet Valkyrie – Eddas’ Second Mech Release Is Here

Eddas Technology just revealed their second fully-developed model kit — the long-awaited NGEW-05-02 Valkyrie.
Standing at 21cm tall and loaded with modular weapons and armor parts, Valkyrie continues Eddas’ aggressive, hybridized sci-fi style — blending feminine silhouettes with bold mechanical construction.
Watch Valkyrie in Action
This short animation clip introduces the world and character behind Valkyrie — giving a glimpse of its in-universe power and spirit.
Design Overview
Compared to their first model (Ares), Valkyrie brings in smoother panel separation and multi-layer articulation, allowing it to strike everything from grounded defense poses to airborne attack stances.

Its signature weapon — the D·FANG system — includes:
- A massive greatsword
- Dual-element aurora-mode blades
- Extendable hybrid arm blades
- A highly angular shield with blade attachment options
Armor parts are built for transformation and swapping, with display connectors included to pose both base form and aurora armor mode at the same time.
Material & Build Quality
Valkyrie uses POM, ABS, PS, and zinc alloy for strength and joint durability. It ships with multiple stands and connectors for stability during high-dynamic poses.

Includes:
- Valkyrie Main Body ×1
- D·FANG Shield ×1
- D·FANG Greatsword ×1
- Rare Element Katana ×2
- D·FANG Hybrid Blades ×1
- D·FANG Aurora Type-I ×4

From Ah Chong
Valkyrie might be my favorite Eddas release so far — sharp styling, satisfying joints, and lots of display flexibility. The aurora armor add-ons are insane. If you're into full-loaded mechs with smart design logic, this one's worth watching.
